Enrollment Process

Explore your Future (Grades 9-10)

Take introductory/exploratory courses at your home school

• Meet with your school counselor to review CTE options
• Begin identifying career interests and pathways

Attend the CTE Choice Fair (Grade 10 – November)

• Meet CTE instructors and current students
• Explore hands-on programs and career pathways
• Learn about certifications, college credit, and career opportunities

Apply Through EnrollTrack (Winter)

• Submit your application during the designated window (2026–2027 dates TBD)
• Receive an automatic confirmation email upon submission

Receive Placement Notification (End of January)

Students will be notified of their status:

• Accepted into a program
• Waitlisted based on seat availability

Program Capacity & Waitlist

• Each program has limited seats based on:
  • Classroom size
  • Equipment availability
  • Safety requirements
• Waitlisted students will be notified if seats become available

Accept Your Seat

• Students must confirm their placement by the deadline
• Failure to accept may result in loss of the seat

Next Steps

• Counselors will update student schedules
• Students receive program details, expectations, and (if applicable) transportation information
