Career Technical Education (CTE) offers a strong academic and technical education to prepare students for both college and career. Heights Career Tech offers courses through a five-district consortium, which includes Bedford, Cleveland Heights, Maple Heights, Shaker Heights, and Warrensville Heights High Schools. Academic programs are open to 11th and 12th grade students. The consortium does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in its programs and activities.
The mission of the Heights Career Tech Consortium is to prepare students for the ever-changing workforce by developing the requisite knowledge and skills for employment and post-secondary education. We provide a career-focused education that fully integrates rigorous academics to meet the needs of all learners and strengthen the community. Students have the opportunity to earn professional certifications, industry-recognized credentials, and college credit.
